We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us before shipping it back. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement upon inspection.

· One-Year Limited Warranty

All EcoJet Misting Fans are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

We will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. Return shipping for warranty claims is covered by Longview Products.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
